Disease of doubt
She has a problem of doubt since 20 years. if we are talking with some one face to face,on telephone,she thinks, they are talking about her.tv noise also disturbs. she is not interested in taking bath daily. she does not like cleanliness.she is not keen in love matters.please advise.

Kindly take her to a psychiatrist. She seems to be suffer ring from a psychotic illness and needs medication urgently. There shall be significant improvement in her state with medicines.
