Disease not recognizable by doctor

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Left testicle swell and causes huge pain. Difficulty in walking. The problem is since last one year and the pain reduces in summer and increases in winter and rainy season. Consulted many doctors but the problem is not still resolved.
