Hi I am facing discomfort while swallowing saliva from last 10 days.. particularly on the right side... I am worried if it’s due to any tumour... Not having any discomfort while having food or water.. Please advise.

You seem to be suffering from reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. You may need to take anti reflux medications for few weeks for long term benefits. It's unlikely to be any tumor as the symptoms would be very different
