Discomfort while passing urine

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have been feeling an itchy and burning sensation after passing urine. Also , towards the end while peeing there is a slight pain and it feels like there is some residual urine left. And at intervals there is a discharge of a few drops of urine. I can feel the itchy pain from the inside until my belly button.
