Discomfort or tingling in abdomen
Hello doctor.. My child c/o tingling sensation in her abdomen, around the umbilical region since 6months now. It is not constant rather comes and goes.. She has no pain or fever or no vomit etc.. during the episodes.  Appetite is  good.All activities are normal. I have done Usg abdomen and it came out nothing significant. But the doctor told there was lot bowel gas. Can you please help me out..

Looks like functional  abdominal  pain with no organic cause Avoid junk like chips lays If not give deworm medicine  you can give it

You can give her curd daily and an antacid (jr.Lanzol) 30 mins before breakfast
