Discomfort in lower abdom
Since the last 15 months or so, been having a strange feeling in the lower abdomen/pelvis region. Off late there is pain in the anus-sometimes. Now there is a dull pain the left lower abdomen region. I have got KUB sonography and PSA done. All clear, prostrate weighs 36 gms however there is no urine retention after passing urine.

Noted your reports and symptoms. I would suggest high fibre diet and tab dicyclomine twice daily after food for 15 days. If no improvement in 15 days you would require evaluation by gastroenterologist.
