The history you give is inadequate..if there is any history of unprotected intercourse and you have missed a period then only go for pregnancy test. ..other wise the common causes would be muscular cramps, colitis, food poisoning, irregular bowel movements, kidney stones, or even urinary infection.. please meet a physician first...we need to evaluate you...thank you

If you have missed your period you can take it...if negative possible causes are indigestion and gastritis might be the cause for your problem..other possible causes are,renal stones,constipation,pancreatitis, mesentric lymphadenitis etc... It may be muscular as well... So cause must be evaluated in detail...consult nearest surgeon for clinical examination and for investigations like ultrasound abdomen and pelvis etc...Consult them they will do the needful.
