Discoid lupus

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I have a discoid lupus erythematosus lesion on my scalp and i am on topical mometasone for 2 weeks now. There is no improvement in the lesion and it remains same. The lesion is a hyperpigmented patch. MyANA antibodies are negative.Will the size of lesion increase if i stop the medications ?
