Discharge from Penis
I'm 22 years old male.I get almost everyday painless white very thin discharge from my penis for the past 7 months. Two times a day usually. It is not more than 3 drops when it comes. I have consulted two urologists they found no infection,inflammation or STD. It does not come after urination as other people say. And also it is not a precum that I get, when I'm sexually aroused.it comes at anytime.
Once the discharge is dried on my underwear it looks like 2 or 3 drops sized transparent white thin polyethylene cover.It is not a skin flake I have checked.I do not know what discharge it is. what is the treatment.

It could be glandular secretions. How often do you ejacualte?
