White watery discharge coming from left breast nipple if i press from 2-3years and right one is normal.is it serious?

Is there any swelling Or cyst? It may be an abscess  also. So kindly visit a doctor for physical check up to rule out possible causes. Once it is detected there are many medicines in homoeopathy which can help it.. So have a physical examination first
