Disc lump under nipples

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I have disc like lumps under both my nipples. I have had inverted nipples since I was a child. What are these and how to get rid of these? I was an obese child but have reduced my weight quite a lot to a normal BMI since then but my chest has remained puffy only.
