Disc degenerative disease

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I suffer from disc degenerative disease, in my spinal speicalist report it says I have disc like material in my spinal canal aswell. My doctor recently STOPED my painkillers and told me to do exercise which I have , and it has made it worse I have now pain in my right bum cheek like pins and needles is this something to e concerned about ?
