Hello...... Doctor do surgery considering the severity of pain , and extent of bulge , if its mild physiotherapy is sufficient , no 100% guarantee is given in any operations , but endoscopic surgery gives better result than open surgery .....don't lift weight , don't work bending down, consult neurosurgeon .....
