Direct or indirect inguinal herenia
I am 23 yr old male , had a serious abdomen pain one day, after that I saw a small bulging near my left abdominal section and searched online it was saying it is direct or indirect inguinal herenia .. Seems like if I lay down it goes inside to its normal place if I do some activity it comes back..What should I do further and what is the process of cure .. but even though it is down it is not paining.
