Hello there.
I can understand your concern. The causes of the colic pain can be numerous and a good clinical history and detailed examination would help give more clues regarding the cause of the pain.
The causes could be gall bladder stones, urinary stones, the "period pain". Constipation etc.
Kindly drink lots of water. Take a tab. Zerodol-spas as of now and consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
Best regards,
Dr. Anil kumar jain.
