I do take a healthy diet, I do gyming, yoga but after keeping myself busy also I really dont know why I feel so dipressed. I am an introvert & don't have too many friends while searching google about my problems I came across some psychological tests and it was stating that I have paranoid I don't know much about this!! I feel unsleepy, diziness sometime and most of the time unhappy I don't know what to do Even I have social fear I lack confidence and it's rally hampering my studies and I am quiet good in studies so it;s really bothering me what should I do!!
