My prescription contains pgvn 6/36, bcvn 6/18,ph 6/9,dsph -5.50,dcyl -3.00.
So I want to know what does this 'ph' mean and how it is different from 'bcvn'?and is my eye condition really bad?

Your vision with pinhole (ph) is 6/9. But it seems that your vision is not improving beyond 6/18 with glasses.
You should get yourself checked for Keratoconus in clinic.
