Chronic gastritis is your concern,i think. Check for Endoscopy of UPPER GASTROINTESTINAL tract to rule out any possibilities of ulcer or cancer in stomach. It is a general guideline for treatment. Prognosis of all diseases are not same. So, all the important differential diagnosis of frequent and prolonged gaseous disturbances need to be ruled out before reaching final diagnosis. Avoid irregularities of food intake. Avoid spicy food intake. Take meals in small amount for 6 times approx. per day. Practice yoga twice daily. Yoga helps to regulate the formation of acid in stomach. You may visit any yoga center for learning about different yogas which helps to regulate our digestion and acid formation in gastrointestinal tract. It is your duty to remember that prevention is better than cure. So, treat yourself by enhancing your preventive measures, which will keep you healthy for lifelong. Treatment if needed, than consult in private.
