I have been sufferng from digestive issue since chldhood.i am 22 years old .i do not get digest diary product and protein.i have always allergy in skin and hoarseness of voise in throat.

I can understand your concern.
Some people have allergies to eggs, some to milk and milk products.
All you need to do is avoid such products.
Nothing else.
Consult a gastroenterologist in person for further evaluation and management.
