I have an oily poop everyday,and I have to put a lot of pressure,Difficult to clean from toilet seat,I have to eat beetroot,carrots and Buttermilk so that I at least poop out something,I can't process dairy foods.(except buttermilk)I can't keep my focus,can't sleep at night sometimes.pains sometimes on the liver side,I used to workout everyday but now, whenever I work out,I feel like I have no strength inside me and end up with cramps and muscle soreness.I feel heaviness in my body.It is going on since Mar 22.I thought it might be an infection and would go away,but It didn't after 3months.Due to this my period cycle has also become irregular.I feel that my body is lacking strength and nutrients both.
