I gave my baby a spoon of water when she was 3 days, please tell me its bad results, now she is. 3 month

Do not give anything to the baby except mother feeding till 6 months of age. Not even water. What has happened has happened. Now strictly follow exclusive mother feeding to the baby. Only vitamin D3 drops to be given.
