Suffering from digestion problem since so many years...tests like endoscopy,colonoscopy undergone but problem still exists

Hello there...., Avoid foods and drinks that trigger indigestion. Everyone has specific triggers. Common triggers such as fatty or fried foods, tomato sauce, alcohol, chocolate, mint, garlic, onion, and caffeine may make heartburn worse. Avoid foods you know will trigger your indigestion... Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals.... If you experience frequent indigestion, try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can....
