My one month old son has not pooped in 14 hours.. He is on mother feed.. What should I do?? Is it serious issue

Since babies only drink milk, their stool output will vary a lot So, it's okay for a baby to not pass stools upto 24-36 hours as long as there is no abdominal distension.

be reassured, this is a common issue keep feeding as you usually were

Babies can pass stools once in 3 days or 3 times in a single day. Both are normal and no need to worry. Monitor urine output . if it is OK then no need to worry .
