I am getting motion only when I am taking lemon water in the morning. Without lemon water I am unable get the motion.After eating any kind of food undigested food coming out through my mouth

Food coming out through mouth...? U mean to say vomiting ? Drink 4-5 ltrs of water daily Avoid oily , spicy food , maida n besan containing food
