Needs further ellobration on what digestion complaint do you have. do not eat full stomach. Medicene like Praval Panchamrut and Sooth Shekhar 1 tab twice daily will help.
Hello... This is due to Ama( Excess bad Kapha) indigestion. So you need to take medicines Fo that.
Take 1. Phaltrikadi guggul 2-2 Tab Aft & night with water.
2.Drakshowin (Dhootpapeshwar) 4 tsp medecine +4 tsp water morning, Afternoon & Night.
3. Tapyadi Loha 2 Tablet @ Evening.
Check your thyroid levels first. Also get a proper consultation from an Ayurveda expert close to you. Proper medication is needed.
You can use Himcocid syrup of Himalaya pharmacy 2 tspn thrice a day in the mean time for Pitta till the time you consult.

You need to correct your digestion disturbances by, Eating at regular intervals.Minimum of 4 hrs gap should be given with each meal intake.Add minimum Half an hour workout to your day routine.For sleep disturbance apply oil in Luke warm , take oil bath weekly twice.
Eating an inch of wet- ginger with salt before half an hour of lunch regularly, would help you to a great extent.
