Digestion disorder. And why if possible.

.i am suffering from digestive issue first there is issue of forming of gas,when ever I eat anything even little spicy my stool turns dirty brown used to suffer from severe pain once in 2 3 month (doctor said it is due to gas) I went through endoscopy which was fine my stool test was fine just stated semi digested food in my lft test  ast(sgot) alt(sgpt) are increased 74and 71 ,in my hemogram rdw is increased monocytes are increased  my neutrophils is less,in my urea serum it on the lesser side(taking medicine ocid l ,ultizyme,usibon300,rehptin and sucrafil suspension). doctor is saying there is no big issue it will go away eventually,but I want to know what disease or Digestive disorder I am suffering from and why if possible.
