Hi, Doctor I am feeling  weakness, heaviness in stomach and gas, backpain also I had covid in may21. I have a regular menes cycle on 5th day of every month does it is a pregnancy symptoms or post covid symptoms? Please help.

Looks more like post covid symptoms. These are very commonly found in patients who previously had COVID.
