Diffuse gastritis
I Have diagnosed with diffuse gastritis (acute) though endoscopy on april 2017 but i have same problem o not having clear washroom i have to go 3 4 time in morning to wathroom ,and also bloating and gas formation in stomach. i am very confused how can this be completely cured my age is 21 boy. Please tell me how this disease can be completly

Take small and frequent feeds of light food for 6 weeks
