Difficulty while urinatin
Occasionally I have noticed that when I the feeling to urinate, urine does not come out despite me trying for 5 minutes and applying little pressure. I consume around 1.5 litres of water a day. Is that the cause and if not then what is?

apply heat to your lower abdomen (below your belly button and above the pubic bone). This is where the bladder sits. The heat relaxes muscles and aids urination.
Massage or place light pressure over your bladder to help the bladder empty.
