Difficulty while urinatin
Occasionally I have noticed that when I the feeling to urinate, urine does not come out despite me trying for 5 minutes and applying little pressure. I consume around 1.5 litres of water a day. Is that the cause and if not then what is?

Hey, its called urinary hesitancy , The most common cause of urinary hesitancy in older men is an enlarged prostate Some medicines Nervous system disorders Side effects of surgery Scar tissue (stricture) in the tube leading from the bladder.     apply heat to your lower abdomen (below your belly button and above the pubic bone). This is where the bladder sits. The heat relaxes muscles and aids urination. Massage or place light pressure over your bladder to help the bladder empty.
