Difficulty to concentrate
Hello doctor. I'm a 20-year old girl, pursuing Btech. I am unable to concentrate on my studies. In school, I had no such difficulty, I studied without stress and performed well. While I am reading my course book or a novel, my mind becomes very stressed and worried that I'll soon forget what I'm reading and that my mind can't store all this for long. So, I end up either leaving it or get stuck at some paragraph forever and then leave it. My peers read novels, watch movies, study well, etc. But I can't do any of these. I can't dare to watch movies because I'm stressed at the thought of sitting for 3 continuous hours and presume that I'll be bored. I bought a novel 3 years back and still haven't completed it. . Watching video lectures is easy for me. After 12th I moved to Kota and studied  throughout the year but at the end broke by the end due to stress and performed bad in jee mains. Hi, I am sorry to hear about your difficulties. It seems like you have been under a lot of stress  lately. Some amount of stress( eustress) helps us focus on our studies but too much of it( distress) can actually have an opposite effect which is evident in your case. The underlying issues for your distress can be your tendency to self - pressurize and setting up unrealistic expectations and goals for yourself. A lot of times in life we tend to focus so much on the end goal that we lose sight of the process that goes into it. Set small realistic targets for yourself on a daily basis and try to fulfill them. The end outcome will depend on your ability to meet these short term goals on a daily basis. Do plan out consistent short breaks in your study schedule and use these breaks to do things that you like (dance, exercise, meditation etc.). Good luck!

Health Tips
Studies are just one part of your life. Do not forget to live life doing other wonderful things. Go out with a friend, eat your favourite food, draw, enjoy the outdoors once in a while. Don't let your academics shape your life. But instead shape your life around your studies.
