Difficulty in urination
I have been masturbating since the age of 16, due to which now i am facing problem in urination. But now i have stopped from last 1 year but still facing night fall and delay in urination.

Hi, I encourage you to see a urologist to diagnose the cause of difficulty in urination. Be assured that it is not caused by masturbation. There probably are other reasons (that's why urological examination). Night falls do occur till you start engaging in regular sex (such as in marriage). They are a natural part of sexual development. Night falls are not bad. But urinary difficulty has to be resolved.

Hello.......Any habbit over in excess is not good for health. Overmasturbation causes fatigue, insomnia, premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction,testicular pain etc... Avoid masturbation . Try to divert mind , hang out with friends, develop good habits , play games, read books, take away guilt from your. mind ,be positive have healthy nutritious foods, do exercise ,yoga. You can also take help of a psychiatrist if needed.
