Difficulty in seeing objects,persons
Sir after use of mobile I cant perfectly see the object or person properly.I sing reading lyrics on mobile screen on karaoke app such as starmaker and sargam for 2 to 3 hrs daily.Can u suggest best protection for my eyes ? Are there special blue ray filter glasses, anti glare glasses which can protect my eyes better?

Since you are a regular computer user of mobile hence your problem is equal to computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids

Follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20seconds after every after every 20minutes.keep proper distance between eyes and screen wash your eyes with freshwater frequently and don't sit facing towards a/c or  blowers consume lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and also do cold compresses with ice .

This is due to excessive near work on screen we tend to accommodate our eyes and when we suddenly look at distant object we see blurred
Next Steps
Take breaks every 20 mins from near work ... look at distant object and blink regularly...splash cool tap water on eyes every 4-6 hours Filter and anti glare glasses will provide some comfort but not full proof
