My heart beat becomes fast and there is problem in breathing after walking hardly for mins. Yesterday I got my
lipid profile report so in that my
triglycerides were 167,
hdl was 22 and vldl was 33. My weight is 75 n height 169 cms. N I found that its overweight so from yesterday onwards I statred yoga anulom vilom,kapalabhati and brisk walk for 20 mins a day in two sessions of 10-10 mins. And I also started avoiding oily food bread rice. So would all these things help me or should I need medicl
