Difficulty in breathing and lungs pain.

I had been affected by covid and its has been 3 months. now i am having little difficulty in breathing though my oxygen remains above 95. It feels like my nose is blocked. I am having mild pains in some parts of my chest but not persistent but it occurs frequently. I am also feeling anxiety and ir regular heart beat. I am also having slight muscle pains, weakness and head spins. I was earlier diagnosed with slight less hemoglobin (13.4) and little less rbc but not very low. I also had crp test done but that was okay. This was a month ago. Now these problems are again coming. My blood pressure remains above 120+/90+ . my docter suggested my some multivitamins and inderal 10mg tablets earlier. that kinda worked earlier but i left it after i was feeling okay. Now what shall i do. please help me out.
