Difficulty in breathing after dust uexpo

I'm allergic to dust , and after getting exposed to dust first I start sneezing n then It gets difficult to breathe and I my breathing becomes noisy also my upper back starts to pain because of thi's difficulty in breathing, please provide a solution to this
