Difficult urination enlarged prostate
Am 74 leading active life but sexually no longer active. Both prostate size (through sonography) and PSA growing for last 6 years. Urination was getting progressively difficult. Last week had complete urinary blockage necessitating a catheter which is still there. Have been advised biopsy. Reluctant. Feel TURP will be better. Need second opinion
