Hi...  Your description of the problem seems to indicate a pharyngeal inflammation/ infection. To confirm this, and to rule out other issues, I'd suggest you see an ENT surgeon, or a general physician. In the meantime, you may use frequent warm salt water gargles to help soothe the area and reduce the inflammation.
