Different temperature in body and head
I had sinus infection in the past 6 months and since the arrival of summer I feel pretty ok. There are days when there is rain and I start feeling my sinuses. I see that my body is getting warmer and also sweats while the head feels colder. I can withstand hot climate yet cannot bear to stay in a/c or fan.  Is this normal? What can be done to align body and head temperatures into one.

Feeling of heaviness or increasing temperatures in head compared to body is not sinusitis. Chronic sinusitis usually presents with nasal congestion, nasal discharge, facial heaviness. You may be suffering from headache disorder such as migraine
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist and neurologist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
