Why did my period stop after 3 days? At the beginning, it started off brown but later went back to normal. Next day it started pink but again back to normal. Today I only bleed a little bit but stopped for the rest of the day. I am under a lot of stress and even more since the first day of my period for the thought of the possibility of being pregnant. I am anorexic and have a poor diet.

This problem can arise in people with low hemoglobin and people who have a poor diet. Don't take stress and improve your diet. Have plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and have proper meals at proper intervals. Wait for one cycle. If same type of proper occurs then visit a gynecologist.
