My 3 year old nephew has a very different naval. Can you please guide me what exactly is this. And is this normal or no... and what to do further

Seems like umbilical hernia or some infection . Get the child checked by nearby general physician. If it's hernia,it need to be operated otherwise infection can be treated soon with medications. For further queries and treatment, consult through Practo consultation. Regards Dr Suman Mohan
