Difference between normal-covid fever

How to know the defference between normal fever and covid fever ? After getting a fever how can we know that it is normal or covid?? With out test . Symptoms like breathing problem, not knowing smell and all will we get them immediately?? If we get fever with weakness and a little headache like general fever no other symptoms and got controlled with in 3 to 4 days with a paracetamol and antibiotic . Is that a normal fever ??? Please explain.
