Diff ears nd cheek
Hello sir/mam
I have totally orthodox and different face each side and different ears (big Nd small)
Some times it irritates me to see in front of mirror

Yes the left is little not developed as the right.
Consult a plastic surgeon for fillers on left side and ear surgery to make it equal to left side.
It is not that odd as you think.
You can try to grow your hair more to cover the right ear also . Take a try!
