Hello! Chocolate cysts / endometriosis along with thyroid issues has few food restrictions like cauliflower, cabbage, soya products- these you must avoid. Curd , buttermilk, flax seeds , almonds , you can take these regularly as they help relieve symptoms. Make sure you are hydrated, and eat good quality protein foods like eggs , pulses , sprouts. A detailed assessment is necessary to provide a suitable diet plan that works for you.
