Diet suggestion required for hairfall
Please suggest something good for hairs to include in our daily diet to stop hairfall and regrow hairs in bald areas I am taking homeopathic medicines and consuming triphla powder water empty stomach and I am thinking to consume curry leaves also from tommorrow suggest me please I am of "pit" category person whose stomach goes out of order very easily have fissures also was having bleeding for 5 month tryed allopathic for fissures and hair fall both but no results finally fissures get cured with homeopathic medicines now and I am taking medicines for hairs now in homeopathic please suggest me a good diet and yog therapies also

Take plenty of vegetables,fruits,greengramsprouts everyday. Milk,milkproducts are good for healthy hair. Eggs,fish are good too.for hair growth. Use a good herbal hairoil and herbal shampoo . Drink enough water,buttermilk everyday. Sleep leisurely every night atleast for six hrs .

Dont  take  fomentation food like  idli dhosa Jalebi dhokla etc  dont take leafy vegetables Like kadi pata etc dont take stress
