Hi.1. Depends on choice if fruits. 2.Different kinds if fruits means more fiber which means a more stable blood sugar. 3.Corn has lots of fiber so it should also keep sugar levels stable.4. Reduce stress. Meditate. 5. Reduce white salt. 6. Kick out maida and processed and ready to eat items. 7.drink lots of water. For a more detailed diet plan ping me on personal chat.
