I wan't to know that is 'steamed momo' bad for health in case of suffering from GERD? I'm suffering from GERD and i don't eat fatty oily spicy etc. I've started eating khichdi @ dinr & @ lunch i eat fruits specially bananas. In the morning i eat oats. But @ 8 pm i feel hungry so i thought to ask if i can eat momo or not?
