Diet plan for health
I wanto feel energetic and active all day.For that i focus on exercising one hour in morning.I also keep myself hydrated wth 6 Lt water a day. I take 5 meals a day.bt i get confused with diet.I am pure veg.I want to know wat to eat in breakfast so that i feel energise & focus on my study.Wat to eat at lunch & at night

Hi Avoid oily or cholesterol rich foods and also reduce rice in your diet... Have protein rich foods along with more of fruits and vegetables in your diet
