I am having a job 6 days working in the late night from 8:30 pm to 5:30 am. I dont have any schedule to look for myself. My complexion is going dark and please provide me good diet chart. I am taking so many supplements to wake my body like preworkout/zma/bcaa/amino/glutathione etc

U don't need too many supplements u need good diet for skin and health. What is your height weight rather than supplements have healthy diet and exercise. Sleep properly. Drink water mental relaxing is also important. Write m e for detail diet plan
