Dear Doctor,
I am 30 Weeks
pregnant. Now taking two tables instructed by my Gyn after meal.
- Ferrous Sulphate Table in afternoon

Calcium and
Vitamin D Tablet in Evening
Apart from that taking Dalia (broken wheat) thrice in a week and fruit like apple and orange daily. Please advise what else I can add in my diet for the physical and mental growth of my baby.
