Didn't poop for 3 days
My 2 year old son is suffering with constipation problem from past 1 month. He is having proper fibre food and medications as well. I have told the same to my pediac, he said no need to worry and not use any laxatives and telling us to give him some time to settle down, I trust my pediac but as a father i am really worried. Can anyone suggest me what to do , Is it ok if he didn't poop for 3 days? Please help me with your suggestions P.S: we have done ultrasound abdominal test and stool culture test. Result has been normal

It's okay as far as the child is comfortable, that is no tummy pain or anal fissures and appetite is normal. Go by your pediatrician's word, to wait for some time and do the dietary changes - include plenty of fibre food, increase water intake in childs diet.
Next Steps
If child's uncomfortable, you may discuss with your pediatrician again regarding use of laxatives for few weeks.
